("DICOFRA") makes public the following inaccurate and superlative publications regarding the cybersecurity services provided by our company in favor of SISTEMAS INPUT OUTPUT DE SOLUCIONES INTELIGENTES CON REDES NEURONALES Y MACHINE LEARNING, S.A. DE C.V. (commercially known as"IAMEX" or"I'AM");
REFORMA - "They present the first AI factory in Mexico" - Published on November 10, 2025(https://www.reforma.com/edicionimpresa/aplicacionei/Pagina.html?c=a), where it is stated that "The platform is shielded by DICOFRA Cyber Security".
EL UNIVERSAL - "Meet I'AM, the first generative artificial intelligence factory in Mexico" - Published on November 10, 2025(https://www.eluniversal.com.mx/tendencias/conoce-a-iam-la-primera-fabrica-de-inteligencia-artificial-generativa-en-mexico/), where it is stated that "the platform is backed by DICOFRA Cyber Security, guaranteeing total protection, privacy and regulatory compliance".
MERCA2.0 - "I'AM, the first artificial intelligence platform created in Mexico" - Published on November 7, 2025(https://www.merca20.com/iam-la-primera-plataforma-de-inteligencia-artificial-creada-en-mexico/), where it is mentioned that I'AM has "the guarantee of using world-class security standards such as DICOFRA".

DICOFRA has never provided, guaranteed or committed to provide the following services to I'AM:
Total shielding of the platform.
Full data protection.
Total privacy guaranteed.
Absolute guarantee that no data leaves the country.
Total security or any other statement of an absolute or superlative nature.
Comprehensive infrastructure support.
Guarantee of the platform's regulatory compliance.
DICOFRA expressly disclaims:
Any liability arising from superlative, inaccurate or misleading statements made by I'AM, its legal representatives (including its founder Raul Manzano Diaz) or by any media that has reproduced such statements without verifying their veracity with our company.
Any security incident, data breach, loss of information or compromise of the I'AM platform that occurs outside the specific scope of the services actually contracted.
Any interpretation that suggests that DICOFRA has assumed responsibility for the security, privacy or regulatory compliance of the I'AM platform.
Any public statement about the services provided by DICOFRA that has not been expressly authorized in writing by our company is invalid and does not reflect the actual scope of our services provided to I'AM,
